Staff were always considerate and helpful at Wellbeing sessions. Always there to answer questions day or night on phone-was very reassuring.
Staff gave the impression that nothing was too much trouble very grateful to transport volunteers.

The guidance from your staff is essential when, as I am now experiencing, are changing from a long period of stability to one where the progression of my illness is changing. Knowing and being informed of what can be done relieved much of the pressure of finding a way forward.
Suggested improvements
With the changing circumstances relating to my cancer and its management, so much is being done to help me I am satisfied that as much as can be done is in hand.
